Want to know what I've been doing?

How about a little sleeping with my hands...

I like to sleep so much, mom doesn't know when to wake me up to eat!

I played with my piano...

I cried.. but only when I wanted to eat... and sometimes when you change my diaper. 

I even turn purple and almost pass out but mom and dad blow in my face so I take a breath!!

I went to Harris Teeter and loved moving in the cart!  No crying, No paci, No problems!

I also like to poo... and make crazy poo eyes!

My dad said I look like Charlie Brown in my outfit! 

And I am One Week Old!!!

So far... Life is GOOD!!! 

The First Few Days

After the first night. We survived, it wasn't too bad! But yes, Luke always sleeps with his hand in his hat, or at least on his face!





 We made it to church Sunday morning with and a stop at Grandpa & Grandma's!! Mom had to get out of the house!  Thanks to Brian & Alberto for the outfit!  Keeping him in style! 



Dawn and Connor visit on Sunday afternoon.





Monday morning!  Luke is looking bigger already!  Don't worry that chick outfit didn't last long with a firehose accident!  Why does it make Mom laugh so hard?  He had already been in a monkey shirt but that got dirty too!  Third outfit is a frog.  We will see how long it lasts!



August 17th, 2012: Coming Home

We were all so relieved to finally be home on Friday!  Sigma (the dog) missed us and we sure did miss him... and everything about our house!  Thanks to Jenn for helping us make the trip home!

August 15, 2012: Welcoming Luke Evans into the World!

A week after his due date, we finally met Luke at 10:02pm.  He weighed in at 9 pounds 3 ounces and measured 22 and a half inches long.  He seems to have huge hands and feet (my first comment when I saw him) and long skinny legs and arms.  His eyes clearly look like Blake but the rest is to be determined.  We are so excited to see and share how he grows and changes.
